Subscription Services has the responsibility to support Subscribers within the Collective through a team of Service Coordinators. Together, this team ensures that Subscribers get value from being part of the Collective.

Ethan is a technologist and brings his 15-year background in building systems, leading teams, and his experience in founding and operating The Pack Group.

Training Services brings a bevvy of training and certification opportunities for Subscribers. Every community understands that the investments that people make in their learning pay dividends for life.

Eve brings 10 years of experience in data quality and test analytics. Today, she is applying analytical rigor, leading strategic educational initiatives that empower professional growth and community development for the Collective.

Career Services delivers real-world support to Subscribers through consulting internships, resume reviews, coaching, and mentorship. Too often, people are trained and certified, but they are still held back without the necessary tools, resources, and experience to advance their careers. Career Services fills the gap.

In-person networking is a key ingredient and benefit of being part of the Collective. Chapter Services supports mini-entrepreneurial teams to deliver valuable career services to local Subscribers and the public.

Roshandra is an electrical engineer with a heart and a passion for empowering teams to help others. She oversees and support the various Chapter Leaders across the Collective.

The Collective delivers excellent programming through its Conference Services. The various symposia offer learning, inspiration, and career opportunities for attendees worldwide.

Team and Venture development is more than a traditional Human Resources department. They are responsible for uplifting the team plus exploring new opportunities.

Chris, a true entrepreneur, brings a diverse background in software services, diversity coaching, broadcast radio, entertainment, and human resources.

Marketing covers the gamut of brand management, digital marketing, web management, social media, and event promotion. They operate through a team of staff, contractors and service providers.

Marketing for any business venture includes social messaging.

Zyjanae Martin is leading social media activities for the various brands within the Collective. This includes viral, paid, and curated placement of ads and messaging to bring awareness, obtain attendance, and bring value to the Collective.

Business runs on technology, and the brands in the Collective are no different.

Jahnel Simpson has a strong background in IT support, cybersecurity, and mentorship. He leads technology system support and has a team of Event Coordinators who schedule events on our various platforms, including Meetup, Eventbrite, and our website's Events list.
